SHIPPING POLICY
OGS Fashions offers free shipping to all locations in India. Deliveries outside India are charged at Rs.1,500 + tax per saree.
- Please note that the dimensions of our box are as follows. Width - 9.5i nches , Height -13.5 inches . The Dimensions including the outer packaging - Width:12 inches and Height : 18.5 inches
- We rely on trustworthy transport services and suitable services will be arranged if the destination is inaccessible by usual carriers, provided that the customer gives the complete mailing address and order details to support@ogsfashions.in
- The products ordered in one cart will be shipped to one shipping address. If you need the products delivered to more than one shipping address, we request you to place your orders separately with the different addresses
- For domestic shipments, any additional tax should be borne by the customer.
- For overseas delivery, based on the country of import, we might have to clear the customs, followed by additional taxes, import duties, customs charges which will be chargeable to the customer.
- The products will be delivered within 7 working days from the date of the order confirmation. The above timelines does not apply for ' made to order/bespoke ' items. The timelines for such orders is determined by the effort involved in making the product and will be conveyed to you at the time of the payment.
- Please note that the delivery time mentioned above is just estimation. Sometimes, the deliveries may be stalled due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control. This may include unexpected travel delays from our courier partners, bad weather conditions and sudden strikes.
- The tracking details of the shipment along with the carrier information will be mailed to you once the product is out for delivery.
- All our products are quality checked and come in a tamper proof packaging. Please do not accept or open the package if it is tampered or damaged. During such instances, we request you to take photos of the tampered/damaged area, not sign acceptance of the package, and return the package back to the carrier. Should you accept such a package, it will be deemed that the product was received in a good condition.
- All products are insured to OGSFashions.com against loss or theft while in transit at no additional cost to the customer.
- com reserves the right to release information to local, state, central or international law enforcement officials if required by the law or if authorized by a Court.
- Pre-order sarees will be shipped after minimum of 20 days or when the ordered saree made to weave is ready with us, whichever earlier possible will be considered for shipping.
- Any non-acceptance of parcel at overseas by the client due to custom duty charges by their respective country and when a situation arises in case of parcel return by the courier due to the above mentioned scenario, the refund will be done to the client after deducting the return shipping charges (from the total payment done by the client while ordering) that is charged by that courier service to us.
- Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Mondays through Saturday: 9 AM to 7 PM. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
Return, Cancellation & Exchanges
RETURN, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES
We do not entertain any cancellations of orders as soon as the payment is made since we start the processing immediately.

GIFT CARD POLICY
- Gift cards cannot be returned in exchange for cash.
- It can be redeemed only through a purchase made with OGS Fashions.
EXCHANGE POLICY
In the rare eventuality you wish to exchange a product, please be guided by the following:
- Please note that all our products are dispatched after a thorough quality check and for this reason we insist that you take a video while unboxing the package.
- Please be advised that the Unboxing Video is a mandatory to consider an exchange or return of saree arising out of defects / damages with in 7 days.
- Please connect with our customer care executive before the shipping of the product back to us. Refund will be getting 5-7 Business working days from we receive and check the product. 2% Payment Gateway Charges will be deducted from the purchase if requested for an exchange. The charges will promptly be converted to credit points which can be redeemed only on the next purchase.
- Acceptance of Exchange is denied to situations such as deviation in colours in the received product from what is shown on the website as we strive hard in taking professional pics and assist by sending daylight pics too.
- Sarees that have the blouse portion cut, tasselled, Gift Cards and Sale items will not be subjected under the return policy.
- Write to us at support@ogsfashions.in in case of an exchange, with complete information - order details, the reason behind your intention to exchange the product. This should be done within 24 hours from the date of receiving the products for us to assess, validate and accept or decline an exchange.
- If you wish to exchange the saree due to a defect / damage, please include the unboxing video along with the details mentioned in the above point.
- com will not accept any returns. An exchange if found not valid, a relevant reason will be provided to the customer.
- Exchange shipping – Once we confirm the acceptance of Exchange, kindly ship the product back to the following address- 175-1, Calicut Main Road, Kondalampatti, Salem-636010. Tamil Nadu [தமிழ்நாடு] INDIA.
- The customer will have to pay for their own shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on the destination, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- OGS Fashions will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the saree after purchase which may be caused due to rain, overuse, stains, incorrect cleaning and care, and other normal wear and tear.
If you have requested saree tassel/blouse detachment services to your purchased saree, exchanges are not permitted.
